This cooking contraption was conceived, designed and fabricated to create a multicourse meal from a single wood-fired heat source. The prototype includes a vaulted brick bread/pizza oven, an insulated steel firebox containing a horizontal grille, and multi-point rotisserie. All moving parts are powered by a counter weight driven spit jack.
