PCH Oblong Table
A conference table fabricated from water jet cut steel plate and douglas fir joists (salvaged during the demolition of the south wing of the PCH project) is inspired by both heavy and light infrastructures. The steel base, with see-through holes, a patinaed wood top with a finely mitered corners, surrounded by state-of-the-art conferencing technology are artifacts of the past, the present, and (hopefully) the future.
