We are currently administering construction of new additions and renovations (including a new attached ADU) to an otherwise period Inner Sunset Craftsman home. The ADU is both tucked under and projects beyond the existing rear-of-house, requiring extensive excavation and concrete work. Upstairs, the primary residence kitchen and primary suite additions are dovetailed into the existing upper floor. All new spaces will have generous natural light and share access/views of the newly landscaped rear yard.
